Day 27: Past Determining Present

I was asked to do a task that was similar to one that I did that didn't work  and I reacted within myself to the petitioner/situation and allowed myself to speak from the starting point of reaction/energy.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react to someone asking me to do something that did not work out in the past.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to base my answers to past experiences instead of realizing that the past is gone, no longer here.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed  myself to take it personally when I was asked to do something that didn’t work out in the past.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to within the reaction to the memory of a past experience, reply to the person asking wanting to end the conversation.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to let the past experience of failure control the way in which I communicate.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel frustrated because in the past an action didn’t work.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel inferior to the task I was asked to do because it did not work in the past.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give excuses to not have to do what I was asked based on the memory of the past of not succeeding at the task.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not breath and remain stable when I see that I react to something someone says.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to reply within the reaction of what was being said, instead of taking a breath and make sure I am clear before speaking.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react in anger when someone asked to do something that I failed at in the past/that didn’t work out in the past.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react in fear when being asked to do something that I wasn’t able to succeed at in the past.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel inferior because I did not succeed in the past in the task that I was being asked to do.

I commit myself to check within myself if I am clear before replying  in a conversation.

I commit myself to give me time to reply when I am being asked to do something, so that I can check within myself if I am goint to reply from a starting point of energy as reaction or actually considering myself and everything/everyone else.

I commit myself to not take it personally when I get a ‘button’ pushed by someone talking with me and instead breathe and remind me that all reactions are about me and not the other person.

I commit myself to remind me that not succeeding at a task doesn’t mean I am inferior to anyone else but that I have to work/insist on that point/task.

Day 26: My Education is My Responsibility

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react emotionally a the video on Finland’s education.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame the education system for my current position within education.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to make a big deal out of studying.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react in sadness to the realization that I have make a big deal out of education and wasted many opportunities within it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react in sadness to my current position within education.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react in sadness to the realization that I have been hard on myself with regards to study and that it is in fact simple thus - I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see that studying is simple.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be sad to the realization that I could have had a better education from a better education system.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not educate myself as I would like others to have educated me.

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to motivate myself to study.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not give myself the opportunity to walk through my education making it appealing and fun for me.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not make studying comfortable for myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge schooling as dull.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in competition within my education instead of seeing that it is about self-expansion.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in guilt for not having utilized past opportunities of studying.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame the education system for my current level of education.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to take responsibility for my education by educating myself both academically and with life skills.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to put the responsibility to educate myself outside out myself in the education system.

I commit myself to stop looking at the past in order to activate energy experiences of guilt, judgement, comparison or blame and instead I commit myself to take the necessary steps to create myself as a succesful student.

I commit myself to make studying appealing and comfortable and fun as much as possible.

I commit myself to approach my studies practically instead of reacting and juding them.

I commit myself to remind myself to take the opportunity I have to educate myself and finish my
studies within the realization that time will not wait for me.

Day 25: Hiding from Myself in Sleep

'Hiding from Depression in Sleep' by T.M. Vogsland

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to deliberately try to hide from myself in sleeping during the day.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to put excuses like being tired for sleeping during the day without placing an alarm to limit the amount I sleep.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I am directed by an experience of energy heaviness when I want to go to sleep during the day - and that most of the times
the tiredness is not real.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give into the experience of heaviness and go to sleep instead of breathing through it - or at least set an alarm if I need to have a rest.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to utilize sleeping to not have to take responsibility for myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that it is possible to not take responsibility for myself - not seeing that by sleeping I am only compounding and manifesting consequence for myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to utilize sleeping as a 'coping mechanism' to not have to face what is here as what I see I have to do.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to abuse sleeping as a way of not taking responsibility for myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see the inevitability that I have to face myself and that the time that I have and the opportunities I have are limited.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to disregard the opportunity I have as time by sleeping during the day/oversleeping.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give up on myself by oversleeping.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that the phyisical requeriments of
my body in terms of sleeping are limited and the rest of the time I spend in bed I spend in my mind mostly.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to sabotage myself by oversleeping.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to mislead myself into using the practical act of sleeping  to hide from my self-responsibilities.

I commit mysel to utilize the act of sleeping in a practical way by spending the necessary amount of time that the body requires and nothing more.

I commit myself to remind myself that I do not require extra time of sleeping during the day and that

I can simply breathe through the desire of going to sleep.

I commit myself to not allow myself to oversleep as I see that it is self-sabotaging myself.

I commit myself to investigate why it is that I want to give up during the day and go to sleep and take on the reason for this immediately instead of going into reaction and going to sleep.

Day 24: Nothing on Me, Nothing on TV

Topic: Wasting time to not take on the tasks/the day ahead. Entertainment to hide from myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to deliberately entertain myself to not have to take on the tasks that I have to do.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to escape from myself in watching TV series.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to slack off in starting to do the tasks that I planned ahead beforehand.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in lazyness while procrastinating on one task that I have to do, instead of deciding to do another one if I am not going to do the one that I had planned.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not considerate my day and the taks I have to do and instead go to entertainment.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not practically take on the tasks that I have to do.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to be a ‘hero’ or ‘instant hero’ instead of seeing that any success that is real has work behind it and so I need to put time on the tasks and practically walk what is necessary such as going to appointments, buying food, studying or looking for work.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe the media and movies that depict success histories that are achieved fast instead of seeing that in the physical any fruitful outcome is cemented on many practical steps over sustained periods of time.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to achieve goals and not walk the practical steps necessary for it – in the realization that the want and need is not going to in any way materialize that which is wanted or needed.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that by procrastinating and participating in lazyness I am effecctively making it impossible for me to materialize and substantiate anything of worth in my life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give up on myself in being lazy as it is the revokation of the opportunity that is given to me in this life .

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that the confy sensation of entertainment joint with procrastination is poisonous as it slowly kills self-motivation and self-worth.

I commit myself to remind myself that procrastination and any form of entertainment to forget that I am procrastinating is going against myself. Within this, I commit myself to breathe whenever I see I am participating in entertainment to procrastinate on a task/getting on my day and immediately stand up and starighten up my back and direct myself to do a physical task on anything needed.

I commit myself to remind myself that in every breath I have an opportunity to direct myself to get out of inaction and get on with a task that is supportive for me.

I commit myself to not take it personally when I don’t do a task that I had scheduled for myself and instead look what else can I do.

I commit myself to prove to myself that I am able to direct myself effectively by continuously being aware of what it is that I am participating with and accordingly make the necessary corrections and adjustments without hesitation.

I commit myself to stop the deliberate entertainment of myself and change it to the deliberate direction of myself and see what happens.

Day 23: Get Started with the Journey to Life

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear writing.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to write great blogs.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to postpone writing blogs.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge myself by not writing blogs.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear not being able to continue posting
daily.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to no trust myself in writing myself in blogs.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to please others with my writings.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want others to like my blogs.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to put excuses to not have to write the blogs.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to procrastinate in writing the blogs.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to manipulate myself into not writing blogs.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to supress myself by not writing daily.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to see writing daily as a chore and task instead of seeing it as a point of opportunity for self-expansion.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to mislead myself to judge writing as a duty instead of seeing it as an opportunity to explore and change myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give up myself to the mind in not writing/not writing daily.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not take the opportunity to myself that is writing daily.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see/realize/understand that there is no use in having an opportunity at hand such as writing as a tool or self forgiveness as a tool if I do not utilize it effectively.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to give myself the opportunity to write myself and forgive myself and correct myself in-depth for real.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that by judging what I have to do as boring and dull I have made my life boring and dull.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge writing as dull.

I commit myself to daily writing as an opportunity that I take as a gift I give to myself to take for what it is, an opportunity to explore and expand myself.

I commit myself to write the next day if I miss a day of writing.

I commit myself to utilize the tools of writing, self forgiveness and practical applications from the starting point of assisting me and expanding me instead of seeing it as a chore or duty that is dull.

I commit myself to remind myself that each and every taks that I commit myself to do is a point of opportunity to expand myself – such as studying, writing or any other physical task.

I commit myself to breathe and let go every time I worry about the end result of a writing and instead apply myself to convey/express what is here in the moment with the assistance of breathing.

I commit myself to see procrastination and boredom and inaction for what they are = the relinquishing of an opportunity to expand myself.

I commit myself to whenever I see a thought come up of wanting to give up or judge the task I am doing or that I have to do – say ‘stop’, breathe and open the document to write or take the physical steps necessary to start the task instead of going in my head in my mind.

Day 22: Failure As Excuse

How stupid is it to deliberately create a failure to have an excuse to give up trying and not having to complete a task/job/process? This means - at least when the faiure was produced - that from the start the intention was not to complete the task/job/process, but to fabricate a story credible to self as a justification of why I have not done that task/job/process which I deemed necessary. Too afraid to face the truth?

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to deliberately create a situation where I fail at a given task/job/process so that I have an excuse to give up and feel bad about myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to when given/faced with a job/task/process that I find challenging deliberately fail at it by performing poorly in order to have an excuse to not have to do it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe failing at something is enough exucuse/valid excuse to give up on that which I failed to.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that failure exists where I was not prepared for a task and that also depends on specific circumstances that can be out of my control and so it is merely an indication that I was unsufficiently prepared and/or that there are aspects that must be changed so that there are no interferences.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear facing the truth and shame of immediately giving up on a task/job/process wich I see would be supportive to myself  and create an experience where I fail so that I have an excuse to give up.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to manipulate myself by failing

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that there is such thing as an acceptable excuse.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realise that self honesty is the key and what has to be reviewed at all times - also when faced with excuses.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to prolong my process by deliberately failing at doing what I see I have to do.

I commit myself to stop fabricating believes to not have to face that which I resist.

I commit myself to when seeing that I am going to or am currently creating an experience of failure to have an excuse to give up on a specific task - I breathe and see and understand the utter stupidity of making such a move and waste of time that it supposes and then focus on breath to walk the task in specificity so there are less chances of failing at it.

I commit myself to stop bullshitting myself by creating situations where I fail in order to have an excuse to give up.

I commit myself to assess all excuses that I can come up with regards to anything  = in self honesty - to see them for what they are.

Day 21: Bad Days

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that bad days exist.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to judge the day as 'bad' to give it a cover-up in not investigating what I did during the day and how I experienced myself within it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to cover up my self-dishonesties by claiming I had a 'bad day'

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I cannot change what happened to me during the day or how I experienced me within the day, giving up my self responsibility as a creator of myself and all that happen inside myself and the way I participate iwth the rest of the world.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to compare the results of my participation during the day to those of other people instead of considering myself and my circumstances.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am more or less than anyone else.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that by placing myself below or 'less than' someone it means that there is someone that I am considering as less than myself, because I've already accepted that such a person exist by considering/judging myself as inferior to the person I am comparing myself to by judging as 'more' than me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to within accepting as true that there are beings that are more than me, want to follow them and want to get their attention.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to appear humble instead of seeing that humbleness cannot exist if I exist in judgement of beings as more or less - there is no equality.

I commit myself to stop giving excuses to not apply self forgiveness to what is required of my day.

I commit myself to honour myself in forgiving myself what I can find of my day that needs correction.

I commit myself to stop jumping from day to day in 'escapism' -from seeing myself - that leads to nowhere as I cannot escape from myself.
